We’re currently seeking a full-time, in-person Occupational Therapist to support a school in LaPorte County, Indiana for the 2026–2027 school year.

Position Details:

• On-Site, Full-Time hours
• School Year: 2026-2027

Qualifications:
• Valid licensure as an occupational therapist for the state of Indiana.
• Experience providing occupational therapy services within a school setting is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of adaptive equipment and environmental modifications for students’ needs.

Responsibilities:
• Assist students in developing fine motor skills such as handwriting, cutting, and manipulating tools.
• Support the development of gross motor abilities like balance, posture, and coordination for participation in physical activities.
• Help students adapt to classroom tools and materials, including desks, pencils, and technology.
• Promote students' independence in self-care tasks such as eating, dressing, and toileting when necessary.
• Address sensory processing challenges that impact focus, self-regulation, and learning engagement.
