We’re currently seeking a full-time, in-person Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) supporting preschool students within a school district in Providence County, Rhode Island for the 2026–2027 school year.

Position Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: 06/15/2027
• Location:Providence County, Rhode Island
• On-Site, 37 hours per week
• School Year: 2026-2027

Qualifications:

• Valid Rhode Island State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. RIDE Certification
• Experience working with preschool-aged children.
• Ability to evaluate speech, language, and social communication skills accurately.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in preschool students.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to support student communication needs.
• Support use of augmentative and alternative communication devices when necessary.
• Educate staff and families about effective communication strategies and early intervention practices.
